Service Description
An Arabic language program focused on reading, writing, and conversation in Arabic. 📚 1 class per week ⏰ Sunday 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM 👥 Minimum 5 students to open the class Students have the flexibility to choose what works best for them: Option 1: Continue month-to-month until they complete the book. Option 2: Register for one month only, with no commitment to continue or complete the book. Please send your payment by e-transfer to: arthavencafe@gmail.com Please include the student's name in the message. The monthly class fee is $80 + HST. Books are purchased separately. Cancellation Policy
💳 Booking & Deposit Policy A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your birthday party date. The remaining balance will be invoiced after confirmation and must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event date. 🎉 Birthday Party Cancellation Policy The $100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances Cancellations less than 24 hours before the party are not eligible for refund or credit Cancellations more than 10 days before the event will receive a refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit) Cancellations less than 10 days before the event will receive store credit for the remaining balance (excluding deposit) Store credit may be used toward: Future birthday parties Workshops Other studio services Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
