Make your child’s birthday truly unforgettable with a creative Art Birthday Party, where imagination, color, and fun come together in a themed artistic celebration designed just for them. ________________________________________ 🖌️ What’s Included ⏱️ 2-Hour Art Birthday Party Schedule 0:00 – 0:30 | Arrival & Setup • Families arrive and set up their own decorations, food, and cake • Guests settle in and get ready for the celebration • Aprons on & a quick welcome 🎨 0:30 – 1:30 | Guided Art Activity • Instructor-led art activity (canvas painting, mixed media, or themed craft) • All art materials provided • Finished artwork set aside to dry 🍰🍕 1:30 – 1:50 | Food & Cake Time • Families serve the food and cake they bring • Birthday celebration, singing & photos 🎁🎉 1:50 – 2:00 | Wrap-Up & Pick-Up • Artwork packed for guests to take home • Quick tidy-up and goodbyes ________________________________________ 🎨 All Art Supplies Included We provide paints, brushes, canvases, smocks, and all materials needed for the art activity—just bring the party spirit! ________________________________________ 📌 Party Guidelines 🍕 Food & Decorations Families are responsible for bringing all food, cake, drinks, decorations, serving utensils, and garbage bags. Our staff will focus on guiding the art experience. 👨👩👧 Parent Attendance To ensure a smooth and enjoyable art experience, a maximum of 3 parents may remain in the party room.
Cancellation Policy
💳 Booking & Deposit Policy A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your birthday party date. The remaining balance will be invoiced after confirmation and must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event date. 🎉 Birthday Party Cancellation Policy The $100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances Cancellations less than 24 hours before the party are not eligible for refund or credit Cancellations more than 10 days before the event will receive a refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit) Cancellations less than 10 days before the event will receive store credit for the remaining balance (excluding deposit) Store credit may be used toward: Future birthday parties Workshops Other studio services Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
