The remaining balance will be invoiced after confirmation and must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event date. 🎉 Birthday Party Cancellation Policy The $100 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances Cancellations less than 24 hours before the party are not eligible for refund or credit Cancellations more than 10 days before the event will receive a refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit) Cancellations less than 10 days before the event will receive store credit for the remaining balance (excluding deposit) Store credit may be used toward: Future birthday parties Workshops Other studio services Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
